For the past 27 years I have been a sports and Holistic Therapist; but for 30 years I have been a fitness instructor teaching a whole range of disciplines from aerobics to yoga and Pilates.
For fifteen of those years I taught at the local F.E. College, delivering courses for CYMCA and VTCT. Subjects covering a wide range of fitness instructor qualifications; both theory and practical, also sports and body massage.
In 2005 I decided to leave the teaching profession and return to running my own sports and holistic therapy practice, as well as teaching a variety of fitness classes; especially yoga and Pilates. I also trained in Myofascia release therapy. All of which I am extremely passionate about.
My years of interest and study of physical movement and body alignment compliments the range of therapies and classes I teach on a daily basis.

Yoga Retreat in The French Alps
7 night B&B, afternoon tea and freshly homemade cake, 6 evening’s two course meal with wine.
Two classes of yoga every day except Wednesday when there will only be the morning class.
Three little workshops delivered by me, topic/activity decided on by the group (all optional).
